Presumably you have heard of the Michelin Restaurant Guide. They are an organization which seeks out the best of the best in the restaurant industry. The NACB Restaurant Guide is very similar, but with no scope, no employees, no budget, no awards given out, and barely a website. We seek to find the best restaurants that we happen to go to in our day to day lives in the few cities we happen to be in. All of them are the best of the very small selection we have gone to.
The NACB Restaurant Guide family seeks to be the definitive guide to at least one restaurant in major metropolitan areas including (and limited to) Los Angeles, Denver, and Claremont CA. We hope to see information about high quality dining in each of these target cities shared with the masses. Or at least a handful of people.
We hope our recommendations connect you with great food if you are in one of the important cities mentioned above. If not, you are shit out of luck. We are happy to say that due to our relative insignificance, we offer no perks or incentives to our subscribers at the restaurants we recommend. Good luck!
