Claremont

Welcome to scenic Claremont, California, a city so densely populated with educational institutions it has been called The City of Trees and PhDs, despite most of said educational institutions being undergraduate. Claremont is also home to some pretty damn good food, which the team here at the NACB Restaurant Guide has been more than happy to eat. So, should you find yourself in Claremont (or at one of its colleges), track down these excellent dining options:

Sanamluang

Walter's

We may never have been to Thailand, but nonetheless we are firmly declaring that Sanamluang is the best thai food. This Claremont establishment has changed locations over the years, but they are most certainly still going strong. Do your mouth a favor and give their food a try.

Walter’s is a true Claremont classic. Originally (and primarily) an Afghan restaurant, they now offer amazing food across a wide array of categories, generally with some Afghan influence. Well worth going to.
